Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent NUVO from sending necessary administrative or service-related communications, such as information regarding lessons, scheduling, registration, or an existing enrollment.

8. Student and Children's Information

NUVO provides music lessons to children and may collect personal information about students as part of providing those services.

When a student is a minor, NUVO may communicate with the student's parent or legal guardian regarding registration, lessons, scheduling, payments, policies, and other matters related to the student's participation.

Parents or legal guardians may contact NUVO with questions or requests regarding personal information collected about their child, subject to applicable law.

NUVO's registration process may request information about a student's health, medical considerations, accessibility needs, or other relevant circumstances when such information is reasonably necessary to provide lessons safely or appropriately.

NUVO will limit the collection and use of such information to what is reasonably necessary for the identified purpose and will take reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Providing such information should be limited to circumstances where it is relevant to the student's lessons, safety, or participation.

10. Photos and Videos

NUVO may photograph or record students during lessons, recitals, events, or other activities.

Where NUVO intends to use a student's photograph, video, or other likeness for promotional or marketing purposes, NUVO will seek appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Marketing media consent is separate from a student's general registration and participation in lessons.

If consent has been provided, a parent or guardian may contact NUVO to withdraw consent for future use of the student's image or video.

Withdrawal of consent does not necessarily require NUVO to remove materials that have already been printed, distributed, or otherwise published before the withdrawal, where permitted by law.

11. Protecting Personal Information

NUVO takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
