POLICIES
1. All lessons are paid for in advance on the 1st of each month through pre-authorized debit.
2. NUVO Offers 2 sessions, Sept- June (10 months) and a Summer session, July & August (2 months). For the Sept- June Session, fees are equalized and set for the school year. Fees are set and will not be refunded. For the July & August session, we have flexible scheduling and fees vary according to the number of lessons booked.
3. There is a yearly registration/recital fee of $40.00 / family processed upon lesson day and time confirmation. This fee holds your time slot(s) and is admission to our 2 recitals / year, one mid-year. and the other in June. You are welcome to bring up to 6 family members/ friends. PLEASE NOTE: Students that terminate lessons and reregister in the same calendar year will be charged another registration fee.
4. A maximum of 3 make-up lessons are offered / school year for illness or emergencies.
5. A minimum of 8 hours’ notice must be given in order to provide a make-up lesson.
6. Cancelled lessons are non-refundable.
7. 1 months notice is required when terminating lessons.
8. We do not offer a pause on lessons. Please provide a month’s notice and re register when you would like lessons to resume.

How the registration process works
For 1:1 Lessons:
Please fill out an inquiry form on our registration page.
NUVO’s director, Lesley, will phone you to schedule your lessons. She will also place your child with the right teacher to ensure the best possible fit for a positive learning experience.
You’ll provide credit card information over the phone to securely pay for each month’s lessons.
Lessons will begin!
NUVO teachers and administrative staff will be in close communication to provide updates about your child’s learning and any events like recitals or online performances.
