Megan Leung - Piano Teacher Calgary

Megan is a dedicated pianist that holds an RCM ARCT Diploma in Piano Performance with First Class Honours. She has studied at Mount Royal University Conservatory’s Academy Program, participating in masterclasses with renowned artists and strengthening her technical and musicianship skills.

Throughout her musical journey, Megan has received multiple Gold and Gold with Distinction awards at the Calgary Performing Arts Festival and placed third provincially. She has also received scholarships including the Mount Royal Young Artist Grant and Betty Ferguson Memorial Scholarship.

Megan has experience mentoring younger pianists and supporting RCM exam preparation. As a teacher, she believes every student learns differently and strives to provide encouraging, individualized guidance. She focuses on strong technical and musical foundations, effective practice habits, and confidence while helping students develop a genuine enjoyment of music.
